To fully review the business results of the first half of 2026, analyze existing issues, and clarify development goals and action directions for the second half of the year, on July 20th, Amongo held the 2026 mid-year review meeting. Management personnel and key team members from all departments gathered on-site to reflect on achievements and discuss development together.
During the main session of the meeting, each department took turns presenting their half-year work reports. Departments provided a comprehensive summary of their core work, including business implementation, project delivery, product R&D, market expansion, and supply chain support. They objectively reviewed accomplishments, faced challenges and pain points in work processes, and analyzed the root causes of problems. At the same time, taking into account market trends in the industrial display industry, they outlined key tasks, implementation plans, and critical performance targets for the second half of the year, clarifying directions and responsibilities to lay a solid foundation for steady business progress.

During the lunch break, the atmosphere shifted from serious review to a more relaxed and lively mood. Everyone joined a fun team-building activity called the 'Money Grab Dance.' People actively participated and energized themselves, releasing stress amid laughter and joy, showcasing the team’s vibrant and energetic spirit, and further enhancing team cohesion.

In the afternoon, the meeting moved into the brainstorming session. Everyone broke down departmental barriers and freely shared ideas on topics like product iteration and optimization, uncovering customer needs, improving process efficiency, exploring market opportunities, and cost optimization. Participants voiced their opinions, sparked creative ideas, and put forward a lot of practical and feasible suggestions for the company's key challenges, gathering collective wisdom to drive breakthroughs in the second half of the year.

This mid-year review meeting is not only a 'check-up' to look back and reflect, but also a 'mobilization' to set our goals. Looking back at the first half of the year, we face our shortcomings and build on our experiences; looking ahead to the second half, opportunities and challenges coexist. All employees will take the spirit of this meeting as a guide, turn the review results into actual actions, unite our efforts, tackle difficulties, focus on the industrial display sector, prioritize product quality and customer value, and go all out to achieve our business targets for the rest of the year, driving the company forward with high-quality, steady development.
